A Healing Conversation
Hello 👋🏽 Welcome to my Virtual Practice. My approach to therapy is collaborative. My role as a therapist is to curate a safe, open, and welcoming space. I will carefully listen to you without judgment and host opportunities for thoughts and emotions to be explored, and new insights, skills, and resolutions to be gained. In the therapy session, I will hold space for hope and will be compassionately present through this journey. Tailoring to your unique needs, I use a variety of modalities and techniques including Collaborative Dialogical Practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and aspects of Internal Family Systems (not an exhaustive list). Therapy goals are collaboratively constructed, and mutually, we will decide when the goals have been met. I look forward to seeing you in the session and getting to work!
